Coach Ruggiero promises a highly skilled game plan for this upcoming season of soccer. After a fairly successful season last year, Coach wants the Thomas community to be more in tune with the team players and their efforts. He mentions that “things will be more formal this year.” Therefore, “holding the players more accountable” is a primary step in helping the soccer team represent Thomas and the leading sport of the world, well. That means there will be work on their end. However, more work won’t be an issue for the Mercado brothers (Nick and Carlos) and Morjess Butler. According to Coach Ruggeiro, the rookies are a great addition to the team and will most likely be apart of the team’s upcoming wins, as well as the other star players (Malik Sherwood, Giovanni DiCastando etc.) All of the players having been working extremely hard and Mr. Ruggeiro appreciates their participation.
